This tutorial will help guide parents and guardians on how to schedule a meeting with Teachers and Staff.

the first step is to navigate to boys and girls HS. Org with your mouse hover over parents click schedule a meeting click on either Thursday November 12 20/20 or Friday November 13th 2022 schedule meeting quick Select Staff picker scroll to select staff member scroll down and click staff member what's the time of your choice scroll down to Rodger details Gmail text phone number tide pool address type student name book click okay you have the option to reschedule you have the option to cancel booking you have the option to create a new booking for another staff member if you chose reschedule change information to the desired availability in your email click on confirmation email for the appointment or approve to officially add to your calendar never on the appointed time in your email click on confirm email for additional information on the appointment switch on your appointment calendar put on desired appointment all the information for the meeting will be present you'll be able to manage the appointment and join the meeting please use the manage booking link to make any changes to the appointment a staff member when you click on join teams meeting or join appointment you will have the option to click continue on browser click open on teams app if you have it installed on your phone or device click enable video Clip Joint meeting is over
