Please submit this request form ONLY ONCE and the reset instructions will be emailed to the address provided in a timely manner. This form is monitored by a BGHS representative and response time will vary.
Any submission after business hours (3:30 PM) will be fulfilled the next business day (8:00 AM).
Multiple submissions WILL NOT increase priority.
An incorrect email account provided below will result in no response.
If you are new to BGHS or do not recall ever having an email account from BGHS, one will be created for you within the initial week of school opening/registration with the DoE.

Once request is fulfilled, the default password to any password reset is in the following format: Kangaroo(Two Digit Year) - Example: Kangaroo23. It is strongly recommended to change password after being able to access your email account.
